YOUR SPACE
Privacy, by design.
Your music stays between the devices you connect.
Direct listening
Invitations, session controls and audio pass directly between participating clients. The AUNO website does not discover peers, exchange invitations, relay audio or store your listening sessions. Connection invitations include network connection details: share them only with the person you want to connect to. Connected peers can see the network addresses necessary for a direct connection.
Website analytics
We count website page views, download button clicks, meaningful section views and APK download requests. The server distinguishes a completed write from an interrupted transfer. These counts do not identify installed apps or people. Events contain a random event ID, time, allowlisted event type and route, outcome, and the release build ID valid at the time. We do not persist raw IP addresses, precise location, full browser user agents, query strings, cross-site identifiers or audio in visitor analytics.
Daily first-party JSONL files are retained for up to 30 days. Daily aggregate counts are retained for up to 395 days and can be rebuilt while their raw records remain available. No advertising or third-party analytics service is used. Website analytics are independent of live listening.
Permissions and local files
Capture starts only when you choose an audio source and approve the relevant browser or Android permission. You can stop capture or leave a session at any time. Files selected in the browser are used locally; they are not uploaded to the AUNO website.
Cookies and administration
The public website does not use tracking cookies. The private admin listener uses essential authentication and CSRF cookies, and keeps a separate operational audit log of release actions. Reverse-proxy or hosting logs must be configured separately by the operator to minimise personal data.
Operator and your rights
The legal operator, controller contact and applicable retention policy need confirmation before a public launch. This notice describes the implemented service and requires EU/Germany legal review. It does not imply that review has happened.
